Our 316 stainless steel valve spindle extensions bolt directly onto your existing valve, bringing the operation to ground level. They are available up to 6 metres long, with optional universal joints for misalignments, and guide brackets if needed. It is a durable, corrosion resistant, and easy to install solution.
Infrastructure Products
Also known as hot tappers, these products allow you to safely drill into a main pipeline while under full pressure. All material is Grade 316 stainless steel, complete with bleed valve, bronze bushing, and a replaceable O ring. Supplied with a tungsten carbide hole saw for asbestos cement pipe, and a bi metal hole saw for polyethylene pipe. Available in sizes DN20, 25, and 50.

We offer sizes from DN100 to DN600, with custom options to suit your project. Constructed from 316 stainless steel, they ensure durability and reliability. Ideal for pump stations or other custom projects requiring controlled flow management.
Pumpstation Components
Custom stainless steel pump bases provide a durable, corrosion-resistant mounting surface for pumps installed in wastewater wet wells and other demanding environments. Manufactured from heavy-duty 316 stainless steel plate, typically twenty millimetres thick, with dimensions and mounting configurations to suit individual pump and installation requirements.
Pumpstation Components
Custom aluminium access covers are manufactured from heavy-duty 6mm aluminium tread plate, complete with stainless steel frames, hinges, lock boxes and lifting handles. Available in surface-mounted, cast-in or flush-mounted configurations, with optional stainless steel safety grilles. All covers are manufactured to suit specific chamber dimensions, installation requirements and applicable local council standards and specifications.
Pumpstation Components
Pump guide rails are manufactured in stainless or galvanised steel, available in a range of diameters and lengths to suit individual pump station requirements. Longer or non-standard rails can be fabricated to suit, with standard or purpose-built upper mounting brackets available as an option. The rails provide secure alignment, allowing submersible pumps to be safely raised and lowered for installation, maintenance and servicing.
Pipe Spooling
Concrete lined mild steel pipework, CLMS, is fabricated to suit a wide range of diameters, lengths and configurations, including bends and special fittings. Available with protective polyken tape wrapping systems or epoxy coatings, and a choice of flanged, welded, or Gibault connections. Services also include modifications, repairs, and custom fabrication to meet specific project requirements.
Pipe Spooling
Stainless steel pipe spools are fabricated to suit a wide range of applications, incorporating bends, tees, Y-pieces, reducers, flanges and specialised fittings. Manufactured in three o four or three one six stainless steel, with welding carried out to applicable ASME standards. Available in a range of diameters, lengths and configurations, all built to meet specific project drawings, pressure ratings and installation requirements.
Pipe Spooling
Epoxy coated steel pipe spools are fabricated from schedule ten or schedule forty mild steel pipework, across a wide range of diameters, lengths and configurations. All components are abrasive blasted and finished with either a high-performance two-pack epoxy coating or a thermally bonded epoxy coating system. Both options provide excellent corrosion resistance and long-term durability, specified to meet applicable water industry standards for both potable water and wastewater applications.
